Shipping & Delivery
Even though we are a website, and we function 24×7, recipient business hours are from 09.00 to 19.00 hours Monday to Saturday. All orders will be prepared and dispatched within 2 working days of placement of order with our preferred carriers. Even though delivery time is stipulated and not in our ultimate control, we expect the customer to receive the ordered product within 4-7 working days of dispatch.
Returns
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Since we sell Perishable goods, these cannot be returned. These can only be replaced in certain conditions. However, you can get a replacement of the product in case it is damaged. Our returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement.
- No return or replacement will be made, if claim is raised after 3 days of delivery.
- No return or replacement will be made, if the product delivered is as per the order and not in damaged condition.
- Replacement will be accepted if the product is in damaged condition (Customer has to provide photos as valid proof)
- Shaadmani reserves all rights to accept or reject return requests.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Replacements
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed, and you will receive the replacement item, within a certain amount of days.
Cancellation
Even though we do not have any discretions over orders being placed on our website by visitors, we do hold the eventual authority over fulfilling it. We might put an order on hold or cancel it if it is deemed fraudulent or malicious, without liability. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on the website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded. Further, in case of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to inform law enforcement officials and provide them with all transaction details that may be requested for investigation of any illegal activity.
The customer may cancel their order within 2 working days of placing it with us. Once order is shipped, it is not under our control to cancel it.
