Ingredients

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is used to treat arthritis, anxiety, insomnia, tumors, tuberculosis, asthma, leukoderma (a skin condition marked by white patchiness), bronchitis, backache, fibromyalgia, menstrual problems, hiccups, and chronic liver disease, stress, focus, stamina and strengthening.

Lemongrass

Lemongrass is used for treating digestive tract spasms, stomachache, high blood pressure, convulsions, pain, vomiting, cough, achy joints (rheumatism), fever, the common cold, and exhaustion. It is also used to kill germs and as a mild astringent. Lemongrass is also used in making vitamin A and natural citral.

Rose Petals

This flower exerts a positive effect on your body, mind and skin and has been used since ancient times. The rose petals contain compounds that improve metabolism in addition to clearing toxins from the body, thereby aiding in weight loss.

Basil

Holy basil has been shown to boost your body’s health in a variety of ways. It can help protect against infection, lower your blood sugar, lower your cholesterol, ease joint pain, and protect your stomach.

Cloves

Cloves are a great source of beta-carotene, which helps give them their rich brown color. The carotene family of pigments are important antioxidants and provitamins. Carotene pigments can convert into vitamin A, an important nutrient for keeping your eyes healthy.

Black Pepper

Black pepper, and its alkaloid component piperine, have associations with many health benefits, including anti-inflammatory effects and potential cancer-fighting properties. It is also used for treating menstrual and ear, nose, and throat disorders. Piperine, the plant compound in black pepper, has strong antioxidant properties.

Cardamom Big

Big cardamom increases the metabolic rate and keeps the digestive system healthy. If you are suffering from problems like gas, constipation, stomach ache etc., then regularly consume large cardamom. Big cardamom is effective in reducing weight and giving good shape to the body.

Cardamom Small

Small Cardamom may help lower blood pressure, most likely due to its antioxidant and diuretic properties. Cardamom may protect against digestive issues and has been shown to reduce the number and size of stomach ulcers. Cardamom tea may help accelerate weight loss by streamlining the body’s digestive processes. The antibacterial properties of cardamom also effectively treat halitosis—more commonly known as bad breath.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon tea is full of beneficial compounds that may offer various health benefits, including aiding weight loss, improving heart health, alleviating menstrual cramps, and reducing inflammation and blood sugar levels. Cinnamon contains heart-healthy compounds that may decrease inflammation and raise levels of HDL (good) cholesterol. It may also reduce your blood pressure and triglyceride and LDL (bad) cholesterol levels.

Star Anise

The oil produced from star anise contains thymol, terpineol and anethole, which is used for treating cough and flu. Anise also helps improve digestion, alleviate cramps and reduce nausea. Consuming star anise tea after meals helps treat digestive ailments such as bloating, gas, indigestion and constipation.

Ginger

Ginger tea is probably most well-known for its potential to soothe digestive issues, and in particular for helping ease nausea. Ginger is high in gingerol, a substance with powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Ginger also helps in reducing symptoms of osteoarthritis, especially osteoarthritis of the knee.

Green Tea

Green tea is made from unoxidized leaves and is one of the least processed types of tea. For this reason, it contains the most antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols.

Brewing Suggestions

How To Perfectly Brew Loose Leaf Green Tea

Fill your teapot with 100 ml of hot water.

Measure your tea leaves. We recommend using 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea for every 100 ml of water.

Allow the leaves to steep for 5-10 seconds.

Afterwards, place a strainer over your cup and pour the tea so that any leaves will be caught by the strainer. Serve the contents of the teapot and enjoy.
