Ingredients

Dandelion Root

The root of the dandelion is rich in the carbohydrate inulin, a type of soluble fiber found in plants that supports the growth and maintenance of healthy gut bacteria in your digestive tract.

Nettle

Nettle has been used for hundreds of years to treat painful muscles and joints, eczema, arthritis, gout, and anemia. Today, many people use it to treat urinary problems during the early stages of an enlarged prostate.

Green Tea

Green tea is made from unoxidized leaves and is one of the least processed types of tea. For this reason, it contains the most antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols.

Milk Thistle Seeds

Milk thistle extract has a high amount of silymarin (between 65–80%) which is known to have antioxidant, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. Milk thistle is used as a complementary therapy by people who have liver damage due to conditions like alcoholic liver disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, hepatitis and even liver cancer.

Lemon Grass

Lemongrass is used for treating digestive tract spasms, stomachache, high blood pressure, convulsions, pain, vomiting, cough, achy joints (rheumatism), fever, the common cold, and exhaustion. It is also used to kill germs and as a mild astringent. Lemongrass is also used in making vitamin A and natural citral.

Burdock Root

Burdock root helps in treating and preventing infections. It’s a powerhouse of antioxidants – Burdock root contains active ingredients in its root system that can remove toxins from the bloodstream. Burdock root has also long been used to treat skin conditions like acne and eczema.

Brewing Suggestions

How To Perfectly Brew Loose Leaf Green Tea

Fill your teapot with 100 ml of hot water.

Measure your tea leaves. We recommend using 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea for every 100 ml of water.

Allow the leaves to steep for 5-10 seconds.

Afterwards, place a strainer over your cup and pour the tea so that any leaves will be caught by the strainer. Serve the contents of the teapot and enjoy.
